(2010-06-12) New site design for most sites

The ERICADE Network Radio, our main site and our collaboration site have one thing in common: they all look better. It may not be that important, but we felt the old look had been around for too long. Basically, we tore out the old templates and created new ones, so everything looks better and the menus on the left are now more consistent.
